A new translation of the Books of Luke and Mark have been distributed in the Tzoltzil-speaking communities of South West Mexico. The Bible Society of Mexico worked with Missionary Greg Nemer since January to introduce the Portions, the first of which was the bi-lingual Tzotzil Chamula and Spanish Portion. The Luke Portion, in a coloring-book format with CD, was brought to some 10,000 children. In April, 20,000 sets were distributed in Tzotzil Oxchuc and Spanish. In June the project concluded with the delivery of Portions to children who speak Tzotzil Chinalo.

Thanks to the support of our faithful financial partners, American Bible Society has been engaging people with the life-changing message of God’s Word for more than 200 years.
