Sharing God’s Love with Foster Children in Phoenix

What if amusement parks offered something eternal?

This year, 3,500 foster children in Phoenix, Arizona, got a Bible to call their own. Many of these children do not presently have parents who can provide them with peace and stability—qualities their heavenly Father offers in abundance.

At a free festival at Enchanted Island Amusement Park, children and youth rode coasters, enjoyed cotton candy, and heard about God’s love for them. Volunteers from Calvary Chapel Arrowhead made sure every child who wanted a Bible received one.

Thank you, Lord, that 3,500 children and youth received your Word. We pray that Scripture comforts them in difficult times.

Thanks to the support of our faithful financial partners, American Bible Society has been engaging people with the life-changing message of God’s Word for more than 200 years.

Help us share God's Word where needed most.
